1. All works published by inscribed remain the property of their original creator. Authors
accepted for publication must agree to allow Inscribed first publication rights in
electronic and print format.

2. Works selected by Inscribed cannot be published in any other periodical in the duration
of the volume it is published in. Once the Volume Anthology is printed, authors are free
to publish their work again however they see fit.

3. Acceptance for publication in Inscribed does not guarantee any future publication.

4. All writing contributors to Inscribed receive a copy of the print volume at the end of
the year as payment for their contribution. Each contributor is entitled to one copy
of each volume they appear in, regardless of the number of times they appear in it.
Additional copies will be available for purchase at a discounted rate for contributors.

5. All visual artworks appearing on Inscribed.org and in the electronic format of Inscribed,
are the property of their original creator and cannot be used for any other purposes
without express permission by the creator.

6. The website, logo, and graphics, were created, and are owned by Inscribed and cannot
be used in any capacity without permission from the editors of Inscribed.

7. Inscribed is owned by Canadians and operated in Canada. As such, the editors
give special consideration to Canadian artists. This is not a prejudice thing.
For reasons of regulations and local ordenances, at least 50% of Incribed's
content must be Canadian in origin. International Contributors need not be
disheartend however, because Canada is a nation that appreciates another
perspective, and Inscribed will certainly include any international
contribution that fits its style and theme.

8. By submitting your work to the editors of Inscribed for consideration, you
are agreeing to the conditions set out in this legal section whether your
work is accepted or not.

1. Neither Inscribed, nor any of it's affiliate companies will use any personal
information gathered by this website or by submissions for any purposes
without consent.

2. All work appearing in Inscribed, or on this website, is the property of
it's creator and has been used with permission.

3. Inscribed maintains a list of emails and other contributor information,
but does not and will not share this information with any third parties for
any reason.

This website, its design, images and artwork, are the sole property of Inkko
Publishing, unless otherwise noted, and cannot be used or duplicated without
permission.
